Finding Home : Healing from Abuse deals with Sandra' Jeffs' abusive life experiences and calls for healing and finding one’s whole and best self. She wishes to start a campaign for a kinder and more supportive society that sees verbal abuse as damaging a person’s soul and, thereby, a wounded person allows abuse into their lives or they can become abusive themselves .
Sandra Jeffs’ challenge:
- Every day find at least 5 ways to be kind in your thoughts, words or deeds to someone else.
- Every evening, journal about the five ways that you were kind in thought, word or deed and make it a habit.
Being our best and kindest self can make a difference in our own lives, in others' lives, and maybe inspire others to do the same.
